The Slip is a Boston, Massachusetts avant-rock trio. While their earliest recordings featured heavy jazz influences, their latest albums have migrated towards traditional indie rock. Most of their mainstream fame comes from their song Even Rats, which was featured in the popular video game Guitar Hero.
