From the music review for the Album "Tax Zombie" -
"I've said it before and I'll say it again - I enjoy his music. Unlike some people in the "mainstream" of music he does not try to overpower you. His voice and the music he plays fit right together. This is the real thing, music for every man. Music for the tavern or pub, music for memories or might of been. Good solid stuff. There is black humor "Me and My Uncle" melancholy "Eternity's Waltz", defiance "For the People", a light touch of the bawdy "I Like to Watch you Walk". For all these reasons 'I Like to Listen'. His is a balladeer out of the past living in modern times. Something for which I am thankful. "
