Avril Ramona Lavigne was born September 27, 1984 and is a Canadian pop-punk singer-songwriter and occasional actress. Her original image (during her Let Go-era) consisted of skate punk attire, and often seen skateboarding in her videos. Two years later, she released Under My Skin and changed her image again to be more woman-like; she changed her hair color to black, and her music was also a lot darker/emotional, consisting of songs about boy-bashing and relationships.
